Shipping and returns policy

  1. Our garments and complements are handmade so the measures are aproximate, although the variation should not be noteworhty. Our making times are due to the care we take over our job and the responsable use of our working schedule.
  2. Our online store ships to all countries in the European Union as well as to the United States. For information about shipping to other countries, please contact us.
  3. The shipping costs vary depending on the product and the destination. The delivery costs are calculated automatically and will be quoted on the payment page before payment is made. Orders will always be sent with prepaid postage and will be shown on the purchase invoice. Everything going to non-EU countries can generate customs duties or taxes borne by the addressee.International buyers are responsible for import fees duties and taxes of their country.
  4. Payments can be made via PayPal, by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or by bank transfer. Payments can be made via PayPal without having an account.
  5. The delivery date will be calculated when payment is made. Orders will be delivered approximately 5-25 days from the date of payment. Delivery dates are an estimate and Vida y Milagros will not be liable for late packages. Should there be any incident you will be informed promptly.If the package is not received in person, the carrier will leave a note with information of how to organise a new delivery or where to pick up the package.
  6. In case you are not completely satisfied with your order or the product is faulty, you have 15 days from the date you receive the delivery to process a return. Please note that if the product has been used it cannot be returned.If you wish to return all or part of your order, keep the original box and contact Vida y Milagros. The return will be assessed and we will organise the collection of your order.The returned ítems must be in perfect condition, unused, with all labels and accessories included.Returns of incomplete, damaged or modified ítems will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.We do not accept returns on the grounds of colour variation from an image on the website. We cannot accept a return based on a slight colour variation. The colour may vary due to the screen or electronic device on which you are viewing the product.
  7. Refunds will be paid to the same account used for payment. Upon receiving the return, we will endeavour to process the payment as soon as possible. Please be aware that once we have processed the refund, the provider of the payment (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) may take between 7-10 days to carry out the transaction. We recommend keeping the shipping note until you have received the refund.In the case of a return, shipping costs will not be returned and will be subtracted from your refund.
